The library became a Winter Reading Land on Friday December 15th! Ms. Swiatocha's 7th grade students spent the day in the library learning how to use our library resources to find books, participating in book talks, choosing some books to read over break, and - READING! There was a (digital) yule log, hot cocoa, cookies, and comfy pillows to set the mood. Ms Swiatocha brought copies of everyone's favorite childhood story books, as a nostalgic reminder of how much fun reading can be. We even had some special guest students from the Upper School stop by and give book talks about their favorite fiction choices. Reading for pleasure is alive and well in the Paulus Library!
